East End Management Group (E2MG) is a Nashville, TN-based comprehensive, end-to-end restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment consulting group. Founded in 2012 by Manny Hatz (Principal), joined by Billy Schlosser (Principal) in 2025, the team provides advisory services ranging from concept through construction, operations, advertising and marketing, all the way to franchising and exit strategy. Having created, opened, and operated 10 restaurants, E2MG brings years of real-world, hands-on experience to its clients and partners.

About Us
Manny Hatz is an entrepreneur, operator and business strategist with a career spanning technology, sales, restaurant development and hospitality. After an early career in engineering and technology business development, he built an extensive portfolio of Nashville restaurant ventures, including five Jet’s Pizza locations, Shipwreck Cove, The Mainstay and Fat Kat Slim’s. His experience encompasses concept development, construction, operations, systems, finance, franchising and exit strategy. At E2MG, Manny brings an owner-operator’s perspective to every engagement, combining analytical discipline with decades of hands-on experience building, operating and growing businesses.
Billy Schlosser is an executive, entrepreneur and creative leader whose career has spanned business strategy, technology, media and entertainment. He has led major digital initiatives for global organizations, built and advised entrepreneurial ventures, and developed award-winning entertainment properties and major-label partnerships. At E2MG, Billy brings that multidisciplinary experience to client relationships, brand strategy and business development, helping bridge the business, creative and operational sides of an opportunity to drive growth.
